Meaning of Praying For Me

When it comes to praying i'm no expert and quite honestly it dont matter how long you been praying or how many years you been in church, you learn as you go each day. i use to pray just when i needed things just when i wanted something, i was very ambitious in my praying at night i use to pray like if it was a chore in my house and i didn't see nothing wrong with it until recently when i accepted God into my life, my world did a 360 on me and it was a changed that i wasnt force to make , my own subconscious did it on it self why because i wanted to be better than i was before of course thats another way of ambition but the good kind of course. In my church there is prayer every saturday at 8:00 am and that prayer has become special to me because we get to have our personal time with god, Matter of fact EVERYTIME YOU PRAY ITS YOUR SPECIAL TIME WITH GOD ITS A ONE ON ONE CONVERSATION. keep that in mind sometimes we forget this and start rabbling on and on and that was happening with me before i came to the understanding of how praying worked , i didn't organize my prayer before i came to god each night. We do forget at times that is not always about asking god to give us things or to make us healthy , it's also about giving thanks to him for Everything. Dont matter how small or big it may be always bring it up in prayer and give thanks for that.


Remember praying is all about God and you, and its something i'm still getting use to at times some people make Schedules on like when will they pray for certain things or people. You can do with your prayer time what ever you want to do but remember is very important that you have that alone time with God.Especially on those hard time , is not just about praying while laying on bed but its also important that you kneel down and pray i didn't think that praying was such a big deal back then but now i know how powerful one single prayer can be especially when your faith is as big as the sky. if you believe in the Lord God then your Faith will always be Strong but if you start doubting then what good it is to pray when you dont believe .Like what it says in MARK 11: 22-25 "Have faith in God" Jesus answered. "I tell you the truth if anyone says to this mountain, go, throw yourself into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore i tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe it and it will be yours and when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your father in heaven may forgive you your sin's. 

I LOVE THIS VERSE, and i just discover it today, and its a verse i plan to hold dear to my heart i alone know how strong and powerful a prayer can be. Its such a simple thing to do during the morning or before a meal but we are to greedy trying to do other things that we make our self forget that praying is such an important factor in our life.  

 MY PRAYER IS USUALLY BASE IN THIS 5 KEYS.

1. ADORE MY SAVIOR, AND PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME.

2. GIVE THANKS FOR MY DAY AND APPRECIATE ALL THE SMALL THINGS.

3. IF I HAVE ANY PETITIONS I ASK OF HIM TO PLEASE HELP ME SEE ME THROUGH THEM AND LET IT BE ALL IN HIS WISHES FOR HE IS MY SAVIOR.

4. THEN I GIVE HIM THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME AND OPENING HIS ARMS TO ME ONCE AGAIN.

5. THEN I HAND ALL MY WORRIES TO HIM BECAUSE HE HAS THE ANSWER TO ALL MY PROBLEMS. SO LIKE THAT I CAN HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP.

This is my usual prayer each night but it may change depending on the day or night or in what situation i may see my self in at that point in my life , but like i said its important that you have that one on one time with God, i hope this little tips helped you. if there is any question please feel free to ask ill answer as best as i can, may God bless you and continue to bring joy to your lifes. How To Read the Bible.

            How to read the Bible, Maybe?

Quite honestly, when i started going to the Catholic church they never needed their bibles only the priest did and i never understood and knew what they read, i will go to service and go in knowing nothing and came out knowing nothing so what was the point  of going to church then right ? so i stopped then, a couple months later i stumble upon a Friends of my husbands wife and they are Pentecostal Christian, they invited us to their church and we stumble in there and now we are part of their Church. They gifted us with a wonderful Bible and i was just so excited to learn about the Bible and see what this was about i even found a bible in a Thrift shop and bought it mind you this bible is from 1969 pretty old but i love it, it was actually a gift to someone and it still has the writing of that person in the bible , i love anything that is old so this bible to me is special as it is , there was just one problem! " I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO READ A BIBLE OF HOW, TO FIND A VERSE OR A BOOK IN THE BIBLE" i noticed that in this church everyone took their bibles and their service were long, i never had anyone teach me how to find a book or a verse so i just acted like i was reading what they were reading but i actually wasn't let me tell you for the first couple of weeks i was lost but they i figured it out. So here i'm going to show you how to find what you need with this simple advice my Brothers , and Sister's .Do keep in mind some times some bibles will have little tabs on the sides with the abbreviations of the books names in the bible usually where that individual book starts so if you have that kind of a bible then Thank the lord that process is half way done.

When you open the bible usually the 3rd page in the bible tells you the names of the books and their page number where that book first starts, i used this guide still up to today because quite honestly this are way too many books for me to remember but order in my head so for example the pastor says open the bible to : 1 SAMUEL 5:5-10  then what i will do is go to that 3rd page and look for the BOOK 1 SAMUEL and it will tell me it start in page 245 and its after the BOOK of RUTH. so there i have two guides 1 is the page number and the other is the Book before the book of Samuel. this is the easiest for me to learn my way through the bible. 

so after you have looked for the Book of 1 SAMUEL  then you need to look for the chapter and then the verse this part was the easiest for me . 

                                                 1 SAMUEL              5               :   5   -   10 

                                                 The Book   =  The Chapter  =  The Verses 

This is important that you remember this, because this is what you will hear for the rest of your life everytime you go to Church and the Pastor gives you a Text to read or in sunday's when you want to follow up on what he or she said in the service . i started quoting and writing my own thoughts about every sunday service in my own notebook ill take out my bible and notebook and write about what the pastor preached that day , like that if i want to go home and study it deeper than i can.This are just simple tips i'm handing to you to make your progress a little easier than mine , hope you liked my little tips and may God continue to bless you have a wonderful day. 

                                                                                    

Faith , Maybe?

Is it okay to doubt faith? well i did asked my self this all the time as i made my way carefully into a friends church while my husband held my hand i was a nervous wreck not only did i went through a terrible experience with my father and his wife the night before, that was the reason why i stepping into that church anyway, i needed to know if god was really there could he really listen to me when i really needed him. i was raised as a catholic but never really understood the concept of being a catholic i just said a prayer without meaning anything of it, i went to mass to learn something but came out knowing nothing at all, So where was my faith in God? Little did i know that day my world would literary change. mind you i was experiencing a new level of faith in this Christian Pentecostal church, i knew of them but didn't really like them before being quite honest. i just didn't get why did they had to wear skirts and why they always talked about God and why they didn't dance or listened to music?, this was entire different world for me one that i never thought i would take part in.That day in November i did accept God in my life and it was the best decisions that i had ever made. Now i enjoy wearing skirts, i enjoy learning about the bible that i for once understand what it says , because i can relate it to my past but also to my present, im not here to talk to you to tell you to become a Christian but instead im here to show you how i got there how i made that Decision by my Self. Being a Christian dont mean i'm a Saint nor am i perfect by no means am i perfect at all because i do make mistakes i do fall, i do still Sin. But Being a Christian has better my path on where i walk and has lifted the veil that held my eyes blind to the world where i live in, This is a new experience for me one i'm enjoying so much that i'm going to share it with the world. And i hope out of everything maybe i help someone because you wont be truly happy until you have God's Love in your Heart.

   He Always Has Us In His Heart No Matter           What We Were, Or What We Are!!
